Greyson Chance loves his fans. So much so, that on tour, he actually goes online and stalks Twitter accounts of fans that he know are coming to the show to surprise them. The young entertainer loves it when the audience makes a point to take part in concerts, so in return, he makes it special by identifying them.
It sounds tough, but Chance ac
tually is pretty clever. Reading what the fans might wear or a gift they might give him during a meet and greet, he can name the fans the minute they interact. Leaving a special moment for his audience to take home and fulfilling his obligation as a good entertainer.
"I'm a huge Twitter stalker. It's quite funny, actually. My fans are sending me tweets like 'stalk my twitter, Greyson!' When I'm in certain areas and I know certain superfans are coming to the show, I'll look on their Twitters," Greyson Chance tells AOL music.
While some entertainers interact with their fans by sharing a moment online with social media sites, the chance to use these details for an interactive experience is brilliant. Keeping the fans a first priority, there is no doubt that the young entertainer will be in front of a microphone for years to come.
How would you like it if Greyson was stalking your Twitter? ;)
